About the Role
As a Recruiter Intern, you will support the HR team in recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and maintaining candidate records. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build their careers in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Use AI tools to support recruitment activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Interest in recruitment and Human Resource Management.
- Good coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and HR tools.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
