About the Role
Responsible for sourcing right candidates as per clients' requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through various channels like Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Headhunting, etc.
- Handling the first round of HR Interview to judge candidate's suitability for attitude, academics, experience, and communication skills.
- Determining applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
- Understanding company requirements and working accordingly.
- Responsible for the Full Life Cycle of Recruitment: Sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing, coordinating technical tests & interviews, negotiating offers, and follow-up until candidates join.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate. Preferable MBA (HR), MA (HRM), BBA, BA, B.Com, BE, B.Tech.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have the passion for recruitment and other functionalities of HR.
- Ability to face challenges and take over responsibility.
- Dedicated & Reliable.
