About the Role
FirstOps is seeking a sharp, AI-native GTM Engineer Intern who loves building automations, experimenting with growth tools, and getting campaigns live. This is a part-time role requiring 4-6 hours/day with a compensation of ₹20,000/month. You will work directly with the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage outbound campaigns using Cold Email.
- Set up, create and manage creatives, and monitor performance for Meta Ads.
- Execute content distribution across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok for Organic Growth.
- Implement website optimizations for Google and AI Search (AEO).
- Build GTM Automation workflows, connect tools, and eliminate repetitive tasks.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience with Codex / Claude Code, Instantly/Smartlead, and n8n.
- Experience with AI automation tools.
- Familiarity with cold email platforms.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with GTM workflows.
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, spreadsheets, and no-code tools.
- Ability to figure things out independently.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to ship and build systems that go live.
- Experience building with Claude or other AI tools.
