Ecommerce Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join our team. The intern will get hands-on experience in managing and growing online sales channels, handling marketplace operations, product listings, inventory updates, order processing, and promotional activities. This internship will provide practical exposure to platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining product listings across various e-commerce marketplaces.
• Help optimize product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and other listing details.
• Assist in monitoring and processing online orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in updating stock availability across marketplaces.
• Track daily sales, orders, returns, cancellations, and other marketplace activities.
• Assist in managing marketplace dashboards and keeping product information updated.
• Assist in monitoring competitor pricing, product listings, and market trends.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports related to sales, inventory, orders, and marketplace performance.
• Maintain proper records and documentation related to e-commerce operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn marketplace operations and e-commerce tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and eagerness to learn.

Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
• BBA, B.Com, BCA, or MBA (Marketing) candidates preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience or knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or other e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office are preferred.
