• Successfully manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches against a timeline.
• Experience setting benchmarks and metrics.
• Understand how to prioritize and achieve SLAs.
• Draw on knowledge of talent acquisition and tech roles and areas of the business.
• Forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
• Demonstrate a reputation for exceptional candidate generation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work 40 hours/week throughout the course of a 12-week summer internship between May through September.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation conferral date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Able to relocate nationwide (relocation assistance provided if eligible).
• Note: Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting, and tracking against metrics.
• Prioritization skills to hit customer goals.
• Ability to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to roll up sleeves, work hard, and get the job done.
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business.
• Preferred: Work, internship, or other leadership experience in a professional environment.
• Preferred: Strong academic, leadership, and/or extracurricular record.
• Preferred: Majors/concentrations in HR Management, Organizational Development, business administration, or related fields.
