Key Responsibilities
- Support Design Operations and UX Research initiatives, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and project coordination.
- Build and maintain Airtable solutions, dashboards, and reporting workflows that connect operational data across systems.
- Analyze UX project metrics, team capacity, and delivery outcomes.
- Document processes and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
- Communicate project status and results to staff mentors and management.
- Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional areas and the industry.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed.
- Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.
Pay Range: $21-30/hour
