Operations Intern

About the Role

The Operations Intern will support day-to-day operational activities that help keep GZTV’s fashion streaming workflows running smoothly. This internship role is hybrid, with primary work based in Atlanta, GA and some tasks performed from home as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination for fashion content releases.
• Organize schedules and documentation.
• Track deliverables.
• Help improve internal processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, marketing, and partnerships to support operational efficiency and communication.
• Assist with sales support tasks, data analysis, and reporting on platform performance and runway content operations (depending on business needs).

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Manage time effectively.
• Adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software).
• Comfort learning new platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
• Solid Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, creators, and external partners.
• Interest or foundational experience in Sales to support outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Operations Management and Project Management skills to help coordinate tasks, timelines, and workflows.
• Interest in fashion, media, or streaming industries; prior internship or project experience in related fields is a plus.
• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Communications, Media, Fashion, or a related discipline preferred.
