About the Role
- Part-time, hybrid position

Key Responsibilities
- Support analysts and business stakeholders.
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.
- Assist in preparing regular reports and dashboards.
- Monitor key performance indicators.
- Identify trends or anomalies that may impact business decisions.
- Perform basic data analysis.
- Validate data accuracy.
- Document processes.
- Respond to ad hoc requests for information and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of analyses.
- Maintain clear records of methodologies and assumptions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Solid understanding of general Analytics principles.
- Business Analytics skills to support decision-making and translate data into business insights.
- Data Analytics skills for data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.
- Foundational knowledge of Statistics to interpret results and support quantitative analysis.
- Attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a hybrid environment.
- Ideally hold or be pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an analytics, reporting, or business operations support role will be viewed favorably.
