Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job postings.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines.
• Conduct interviews.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Track hiring metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to refine hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition is highly valued.
