About the Role

The Hoxton is opening its first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, in Bengaluru City in 2026. We are seeking a charismatic and experienced Banquet Executive to join our team. This role will support the Banquet Manager in delivering seamless meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Banquet Manager in delivering seamless meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events.
• Coordinate banquet operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional service and smooth event execution.
• Ensure all function rooms are set up to specification and maintained to the highest presentation standards.
• Lead and support the banquet team, creating a positive, guest-focused environment.
• Work closely with the Kitchen, Events, and Stewarding teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve operational issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Monitor departmental costs, equipment, and supplies while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
• Support the training and development of team members, encouraging continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Banquet Executive, Banquet Supervisor, or in a similar Food & Beverage operations role within a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of banquet service standards, event operations, and function room set-up.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, support colleagues, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Adaptable and willing to embrace new approaches.
