About the Role
H J Tax Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (ApkiReturn) is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive/Intern to expand its client base. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, explaining services, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Explain tax and compliance services to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Coordinate with the operations team for client onboarding.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduate or final-year student (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or any stream).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic digital tools.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of taxation, GST, or finance is a plus, but not mandatory.
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time / Internship
Stipend/Salary: ₹12,000 onwards + Incentives
