Key Responsibilities
- Assist with layout, surveying, and project documentation.
- Support quality assurance and ensure field compliance with plans and specifications.
- Maintain accurate logs, drawings, and daily field documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
- Drive schedule adherence and field productivity.
- Learn best-in-class processes with a clear path to higher project engineering and management roles.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience or internships in commercial construction preferred.
- Comfortable working in the Field.
- Must be local to Arizona and have worked in AZ Construction.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Desire to grow within a reputable General Contractor known for promoting talent from within.
- Good tenure; professionals who are committed, reliable, and invested in long-term career development are valued.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field experience) is a plus.
