About the Role

• Full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
• Open to candidates with relevant freight forwarding experience.
• Involves preparing and reviewing export and forwarding documentation, coordinating freight movements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review export and forwarding documentation.
• Coordinate freight movements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Liaise with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Manage shipment bookings.
• Track cargo.
• Resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Update systems.
• Handle customer queries.
• Support smooth end-to-end freight transportation processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Freight Forwarding and Forwarding skills.
• Hands-on experience in international logistics operations.
• Export documentation and process management skills.
• Familiarity with shipping documents and regulatory compliance.
• Customer Service skills focused on handling client communications, issue resolution, and service quality.
• Freight Transportation coordination skills, including carrier interaction, scheduling, and cargo tracking.
• Relevant experience in freight forwarding, preferably in Mumbai-based operations.
• Knowledge of major trade routes and industry practices.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple shipments simultaneously, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, logistics software).
• Collaborative working style.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience in a freight forwarding company is strongly preferred.
