Video Editor

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble raw footage into polished videos, including cutting, trimming, and sequencing clips to create clear and compelling narratives.
• Sync audio.
• Add transitions, titles, and motion graphics.
• Apply color correction and grading.
• Prepare files for various platforms and formats.
• Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other team members to interpret briefs and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain brand and style consistency across projects.
• Organize and manage media assets.
• Maintain project archives.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and editing techniques.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Video Color Grading and basic color correction.
• Ability to create Motion Graphics and integrate graphics elements (titles, lower thirds, visual overlays).
• Experience with industry-standard editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects.
• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and export settings for web, social, and broadcast.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
• Strong storytelling sense, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is preferred.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior work is required.
