About The Proteinest
The Proteinest is a D2C plant-based nutrition brand focused on building products people return to, growing through brand and retention rather than ad spend. Our community is a significant part of this growth, and we are developing it from the ground up.
The Role
We are seeking a Community Intern to assist in building a genuine community around The Proteinest, comprising gym-goers, runners, athletes, and everyday individuals interested in healthier eating. This is a hands-on role where you will interact with customers, manage community activities, and foster a sense of belonging among community members. You will take ownership of community initiatives from the outset, and your ideas will be implemented.
What You’ll Work On
- Daily engagement with our community on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Responding to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries in a friendly, on-brand manner.
- Planning and executing community activities, including challenges, giveaways, meetups, and events.
- Gathering customer stories, feedback, and testimonials to create content.
- Identifying and connecting with fitness creators, athletes, and campus communities.
- Tracking performance and proposing new ideas.
Who Can Apply
- This internship is exclusively for students currently enrolled in a college or university, regardless of year or stream.
- Recent graduates and working professionals are not eligible.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enjoyment in interacting with people and building groups; understanding of online community dynamics.
- Active presence on social media and awareness of current trends.
- Organized and able to follow through on tasks.
- Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for efficiency.
- Availability for a 3-month, on-site internship in Gurugram.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing or assisting with college clubs, societies, fests, or online groups.
- Interest in fitness, nutrition, sports, or wellness.
- Basic content creation skills, such as writing captions or producing simple reels.
