Key Responsibilities

• Assist new merchants with onboarding and account setup.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and our support platform.
• Manage support tickets and help resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a great customer experience.
• Keep customer records organized and up to date.
• Identify ways to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
