About the Role
Numera is seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated fresh graduates for its 6-month Learn & Earn Program in Global Accounting. This program is designed to build a strong foundation in accounting, gain practical industry exposure, and provide an opportunity to learn while earning.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured six-month training program focusing on accounting knowledge, technical skills, and workplace competencies.
- Work on assigned projects and practical accounting tasks under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Gain exposure to global accounting practices, processes, and client service requirements.
- Utilize digital tools and applications to manage sample financial data, maintain accurate records, and complete tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to new processes, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve performance.
- Complete periodic assessments to evaluate learning progress, technical competency, and readiness for full-time employment.
- Upon successful completion of the program, there is a strong opportunity for transition into full-time employment, subject to performance and company requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Google Workspace: Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and Google Drive.
- Accounting Principles: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Skills: Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Qualifications
- A recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
- Enthusiasm for building a long-term career in global accounting.

Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
