Job Title: North Lauderdale #40 Takeout/Food Runner

Key Responsibilities

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
• Supports fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc. as needed.
• Be knowledgeable regarding Food & Beverage menus and items, current food and/or drink promotions and specials.
• Answer guests’ questions verbally and clearly.
• Accurately enter orders into POS system.
• Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area and deliver them to guests in a timely manner.
• Collect guests’ payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards only).
• Ensure transactions are correct using POS efficiently.
• Calculate and deliver correct change to guests in a timely manner.
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and assigned sidework.
• Pack and verify all To-Go orders with guest.
• Greet guests at the curbside pickup area.
• Deliver plates and clear tables of plates and glasses.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• POS system
• Florida Responsible Vendor program
• Food safety certification program

Qualifications

• Ability to physically stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop frequently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Ability to read and write handwritten guest checks, notes, etc.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Five (5) Day Work Week.
• Must be 21 or Over to enroll in 401K.
