Key Responsibilities
- Handling procurement of all materials (steel, cement, concrete, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, elevators, doors, windows, etc.) required for construction of residential / commercial buildings
- Floating enquiries to vendors, making comparatives, negotiation with vendors
- Preparing purchase order, issuing purchase order to vendors, follow up with vendor for timely delivery of material and bill submission with all required documents
- Checking of physical stock at site, if required
- Preparing MIS reports
- Maintain the supplier’s quotation records
- Development of new vendors & suppliers
- Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs
- Bills checking with GRN Report and ensure supplier’s timely payment
- Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors
- Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience of working with a Real Estate Developer in Mumbai / MMR
- Knowledge of materials & services required for construction of a high-rise residential building / complex
- Excellent IT skills especially MS Office & ERP proficiency
- Communication and interpersonal abilities
