Corporate Gifting Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic NPD Executive to develop and launch new hampers for our Corporate Gifting business. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, an eye for detail, and a passion for discovering new products and creating thoughtful gifting experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify gifting trends, emerging products, and competitor offerings.
• Curate innovative and attractive hampers based on occasions, customer requirements, and budgets.
• Develop new gifting concepts and take them from ideation to launch.
• Identify and source unique products by coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
• Work on hamper presentation, packaging, and branding to create a premium gifting experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely development and delivery of new hampers.
• Continuously explore new ideas to improve the product assortment and stay ahead of market trends.

Requirements

• Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Background in design, creative fields, branding, packaging, or product development will be an added advantage.
• Good English communication and vendor coordination skills.
• Passionate, energetic, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
