About the Role
Eurest USA is hiring for a Dishwasher position.
Key Responsibilities
- Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils.
- Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
- Polishes silver using assigned equipment and procedures.
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of all items.
- Complies with outlined safety procedures.
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels according to standards.
- Keeps the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
- Removes trash and cleans garbage cans.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Assists with loading and unloading supplies and product.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
