About the Role
The Data Analyst (Fresher) role is a full-time hybrid position based in Pune City, with some flexibility for work from home. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple financial, legal, and software-related sources to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic data analysis.
- Generate reports and dashboards.
- Assist in data modeling tasks.
- Interpret trends for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
- Document findings.
- Present clear summaries.
- Improve data quality under guidance.
- Contribute to process automation under guidance.
- Support ongoing digital transformation initiatives under guidance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., MS Excel or Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with at least one data analysis or visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
- Exposure to databases and basic SQL, or programming languages such as Python or R, is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and fundamental Data Analytics capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of Statistics.
- Understanding of Data Modeling concepts.
- Clear Communication skills, including the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
