AI Product Intern

About the Role

The AI Product Intern will support the design, testing, and improvement of AI-driven features on the HireKrkeDekho platform. This is a fully remote internship role.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and feedback.
• Assist in defining product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to refine recommendation logic.
• Document product changes and feature launches.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Contribute to product experiments.
• Assist in building dashboards or reports that track key product metrics.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational skills in data analysis and problem solving, including comfort with spreadsheets, basic statistics, and interpreting user or product metrics.
• Skills related to product thinking and user experience, including understanding user journeys, defining simple product requirements, and analyzing friction points in digital workflows.
• Skills in communication and collaboration, including clear written and verbal communication, structured documentation, and the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Basic technical familiarity with AI or software products, such as understanding APIs at a high level, awareness of machine learning concepts, or prior exposure to coding, analytics tools, or product management resources.
• Strong organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in computer science, engineering, data science, product management, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience with internships, hackathons, or personal projects involving technology products is beneficial.
