About the Role

Subcontractor position focused on Automation Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks from scratch.
• Perform UI, API, and end-to-end test automation using Playwright.
• Develop Python-based automation, scripts, and test frameworks.
• Implement fixture-based test architecture, reusable components, and Page Object Model (POM).
• Conduct database testing, with preference for Oracle databases.
• Test AI Chatbots, Conversational AI platforms, or GenAI-powered applications.
• Validate complex business rules, workflows, and data integrity across multiple systems.
• Handle AI response validation, prompt testing, and scenarios with ambiguous or dynamic outputs.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented automation code following coding standards.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Work with Git-based source control and collaborative development practices.
• Operate within Agile/Scrum environments with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders, collaborating across QA, Development, Product, and Business teams.
• Work independently and handle challenging testing scenarios in fast-paced environments.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Playwright with TypeScript and Python.
• Strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Proficient in UI, API, and end-to-end test automation using Playwright.
• Experience in Python-based automation development, scripting, and test framework implementation.
• Hands-on experience with fixture-based test architecture, reusable components, and Page Object Model (POM) design patterns.
• Strong SQL and database testing skills with experience in Oracle databases preferred.
• Experience testing AI Chatbots, Conversational AI platforms, or GenAI-powered applications.
• Ability to validate complex business rules, workflows, and data integrity across multiple systems.
• Experience handling AI response validation, prompt testing, and scenarios involving ambiguous or dynamic outputs.
• Strong debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented automation code.
• Experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Git-based source control and collaborative development practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
