About the Role
Counsel Union is a psychology-focused platform connecting individuals with professional psychologists and mental health support services. We are looking for a Psychology Graduate Intern who can interact with potential clients, understand their concerns, recommend suitable psychologists, and convert enquiries into paid consultation bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
- Understand clients' concerns and reasons for seeking psychological support.
- Identify the type of professional support required through initial conversations, without making clinical diagnoses.
- Connect clients with suitable psychologists based on their needs.
- Explain psychologist profiles, consultation services, session formats, and fees.
- Address queries and follow up with interested clients to convert enquiries into paid bookings.
- Maintain client records and booking details in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of psychology, mental health, and human behaviour.
- Good listening, empathy, and client-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion abilities.
- Interest in mental health services and sales.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, office-based environment.
This is a counselling and sales-oriented role. The intern will understand clients' concerns and connect them with qualified psychologists, not provide therapy or clinical diagnoses.
