Supervisor/Trainee in the Plant Operations Department.
Location
Manufacturing Plant - Medchal
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in daily plant operations, production activities and process monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, food safety and hygiene practices.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth plant functioning.
- Monitor operational processes and support troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Maintain production records, reports and operational documentation.
- Follow safety guidelines, company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and plant operations.
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, as per operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
- B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology
