About the Role
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
- Focus is on W2 hiring only for IT roles across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Identify and engage qualified W2 candidates using job boards, social media, networking channels, and internal databases.
- Coordinate interviews.
- Negotiate compensation within W2 frameworks.
- Support onboarding in alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines.
- Deliver timely updates and reports on recruitment progress.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting.
- Experience in recruiting for US-based roles.
- Proven experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting across diverse technology stacks.
- Demonstrated skills in Hiring, including candidate evaluation and offer negotiation.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn), and Boolean search techniques.
- Familiarity with US work authorization types, time zones, and compliance practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Qualifications
- W2 employment processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Previous experience in US IT staffing or consulting firms is highly preferred.
