Customer Service Executive (Voice & Chat)
- Handle customer queries via voice, chat, and email.
- Provide excellent customer support and issue resolution.
- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards.
- Salary: 3.6 LPA
Order Management Executive
- Manage end-to-end order processing and tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order completion.
- Handle order modifications, escalations, and customer updates.
- Salary: 3.5 - 5 LPA (Depends on experience)
Requirements & Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
