Associate Security Engineer

About the Role

AHEAD builds platforms for digital business by weaving together advances in cloud infrastructure, automation and analytics, and software delivery. The Associate Security Engineer position is part of the LAUNCH – Associate Development Program, designed to attract and develop top IT consulting talent. This role begins with a 3-month training program within the Security practice. Upon completion of LAUNCH, opportunities to work on client projects will be available based on skillset, personal interest, and business needs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Working knowledge of Security Solutions: Cyber Security, IAM, Zero Trust, etc.
• Willingness to travel to support client projects and shadowing opportunities (50+ % of the time).
• Existing U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a degree in a technical discipline by 1/11/2027.
• Experience in at least one of the following:
• Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or a relevant field is a plus.
• Successful completion of a technical-related bootcamp.
• Working knowledge of Data Center.
• Preferred but not required: Security+, CCNA, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.

Compensation

$80,000 - $88,000 a year (On-Target Earnings - OTE, including base salary and target bonus).
