About the Firm
Barowalia & Associates is a distinguished law firm based in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, established in 1987. Specializing in litigation, the firm represents clients in the Supreme Court of India, Himachal Pradesh High Court, and District Courts in and around Shimla, as well as before other quasi-judicial authorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist associates in legal research and case preparation.
- Conduct in-depth research on case laws, statutes, and legal precedents.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and Court filings.
- Analyze legal issues related to ongoing cases.
- Help prepare briefs, case summaries, and legal opinions.
- Support the team in maintaining client confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and legal publications.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Currently pursuing LL.B. Degree from a UGC and BCI Recognized University.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A keen interest in litigation, with a willingness to learn.
