Role Description

The Software Engineer Intern role at Azentrix is a remote internship focused on contributing to the design, development, and testing of modern software solutions. Day-to-day tasks may include implementing backend features, writing clean and maintainable code, debugging and resolving software issues, and collaborating with engineers and designers on product enhancements. The intern will assist in integrating APIs, refining workflows, and improving performance and reliability across applications. This role offers exposure to real-world engineering practices, code reviews, and agile collaboration while supporting projects that simplify operations for customers.

• Ability to read, understand, and write clean, well-documented code.
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Comfort working in a remote environment, including clear communication and reliable time management.
