About the Role

• Full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh.
• Engaging with customers to explain Mahindra Finance products and services.
• Assisting with loan applications and documentation.
• Supporting customers through the approval and disbursement process.
• Handling service requests and resolving queries.
• Ensuring timely follow-up to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Contributing to sales targets through lead generation and cross-selling.
• Adhering to company policies, regulatory norms, and quality standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in using computers, MS Office applications, and basic digital tools for data entry and reporting.
