About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Barista Trainer to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee preparation and brewing techniques, along with the ability to train and inspire others in the art of coffee making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing baristas, focusing on coffee brewing techniques, equipment operation, and customer service.
- Develop training materials and programs that align with our brand standards and coffee quality expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of baristas, providing constructive feedback and support for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and coffee innovations to incorporate into training sessions.
- Collaborate with management to ensure that all baristas are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages teamwork and a passion for coffee.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and motivate others effectively.

Qualifications
- Experience in a café or restaurant environment is preferred.
