Job Title: Process Associate - Voice Blended & Chat
About the Role
We are looking to hire a Process Associate for an International Blended Chat & Voice Process. This is an on-site (WFO) role in Kolkata with an evening/night and rotational shift. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle International Blended Chat and Voice processes.
- Engage in Non-Voice processes.
