Operations Intern

About the Role

Born to Chamak is looking for an Operations Intern to manage the complete day-to-day shipping and order operations of the brand. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring smooth coordination between shipping, packaging, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete daily order booking process.
• Book shipments and generate shipping labels.
• Download and share shipping labels with the packaging team for timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with the packaging team to ensure orders are packed and dispatched accurately.
• Handle end-to-end shipping operations on a daily basis.
• Track shipments from dispatch until delivery.
• Coordinate with courier partners and shipping support for shipment-related queries.
• Raise and follow up on NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports), delivery delays, and shipment escalations.
• Share daily NDR reports with the Customer Support team for customer follow-ups.
• Provide regular order updates to the Customer Support team.
• Ensure all shipping records and operational data are updated accurately.
• Work closely with the core team to maintain smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling operational tools and spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Prior experience in operations or e-commerce is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation & Growth

• Stipend: ₹3,000/month.
