The Sales Attendant will support client acquisition and engagement for Balaji Investment in a contract, remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Contacting prospective and existing clients.
• Explaining investment products and services.
• Responding to basic queries about equity, mutual funds, and trading strategies.
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
• Following up on leads.
• Coordinating with internal team members to ensure timely service delivery.
• Assisting in sharing educational materials.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain services clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, including equity, mutual funds, intraday trading, and options, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access and good time management.
• Comfort with using phone, messaging apps, and digital tools to contact clients and maintain records.
• Attention to detail, organized work habits, and a customer-focused approach to resolving inquiries.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; further education in commerce, finance, or related fields is an advantage.
