About the Role
Unscene is a design-led eyewear brand seeking an Operations Intern to own the day-to-day operations and assist in building systems for scale. This is a complete hands-on role, working directly with the founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Partners: Ensure partner stores are stocked and sales numbers are met.
- Events: Manage pop-ups and launches from inception to completion.
- Orders: Oversee the fulfillment process from checkout to doorstep.
- Couriers: Act as the primary point of contact for courier-related issues (late, lost, or returned packages).
- Warehouse: Establish an in-office warehouse system, defining processes for stock intake, storage, and shipping.
- Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory tracking across all locations (online, office, stores) and proactively flag restock needs.
- Vendors: Source suppliers for packaging and other supplies, and negotiate for better deals.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Structured, detail-oriented, and thick-skinned individual.
- Curious and quick to learn.
- Organized with strong skills in numbers and spreadsheets.
- Clear and firm communication style when dealing with couriers, vendors, and stores.
- Proactive follow-up to ensure tasks are completed.
- Ability to utilize AI and new tools without extensive training.
- Engineering or supply chain background is a plus.

- Location: Sion, Mumbai (in-office)
- Workdays: 4 days a week in office & 2 days remote
- Duration: 3+ Months, immediate joiners preferred
- Stipend: ₹16,000/month
