About the Role

Corizo is an edtech platform focused on internships, professional training, career guidance, and mentorship to bridge the gap between formal education and industry demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development:
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and schools across India.
• Collaborate with institutions to create online and offline learning experiences via events, boot camps, competitions, and projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for academic partnerships and ensure long-term engagement.
• Recruitment:
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment of Campus Ambassadors (CAs) from various campuses.
• Identify potential candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard selected students.
• Leadership & Training:
• Manage and mentor a team of CAs by providing structured training, setting performance goals, and offering guidance.
• Foster leadership qualities in CAs and create a supportive environment.
• Marketing:
• Strategize and implement marketing campaigns with CAs to boost brand awareness and student engagement.
• Utilize digital platforms and on-ground initiatives to promote Corizo’s programs.
• Sales Enablement:
• Work with the sales team and CAs to drive student registrations and program conversions.
• Leverage student networks to generate qualified leads and promote course offerings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through campus-driven outreach.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills Preferred:
• Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written).
• Leadership & Team Management abilities for mentoring and managing student ambassadors.
• Marketing Know-How: Basic understanding of social media, digital marketing, and event-based promotions.
• Networking & Relationship Building skills.
• Problem-Solving Attitude: Proactive approach to resolving challenges.

Probation Period

• 90 days (3 months) from the date of joining.
• Monthly CTC during probation: INR 18,000 + incentives up to INR 10,000 (uncapped).

Compensation Offered

• Fixed CTC: INR 400,000 LPA.
• Variable CTC: INR 250,000 LPA (uncapped).
