  • Prepare and maintain client Statements of Work (SOWs), contract documentation, and change orders.
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships, contracts, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
  • Ensure all client and vendor documentation is accurate and up to date.

Staffing Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain the company's internal staffing and consultant management system, ensuring accuracy of consultant, client, assignment, project, billing rate, pay rate, and invoicing information.
  • Ensure system data flows accurately into payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly headcount, staffing, and forecasting reports.

  • Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and staffing/HR management platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of staffing agency operations and the consultant lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Previous experience in staffing, recruiting operations, human resources, payroll, or consultant/vendor management preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with management, recruiters, consultants, clients, and vendors.
