Key Responsibilities

• Expand our student network through campus activities, digital outreach, and community engagement.
• Generate qualified student referrals and support Talent Network registrations.
• Encourage participation in Career Readiness Checks and other career development initiatives.
• Support marketing campaigns and student acquisition activities.
• Follow up on referrals and support conversion initiatives.
• Collaborate with the growth team to improve outreach effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate activity records and provide weekly progress updates.
• Take ownership of agreed deliverables and measurable growth objectives.
