About the Role

• The Operations Associate (Night Shift) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling incoming requests.
• Coordinating with internal teams.
• Tracking requests or service workflows.
• Updating records and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Addressing basic customer queries.
• Escalating issues when required.
• Supporting problem resolution to minimize downtime and delays.

Qualifications

• Basic computer/internet knowledge.
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduation or equivalent.
• Prior experience is not mandatory.
• Skills in communication, process coordination, workflow management, and attention to detail.
