About the Role
FICSAR is seeking an E-commerce Executive Intern to support its work in the health industry. This remote internship offers practical exposure to online marketplace operations and the activities that help health-related products reach customers effectively. The internship will run for six months and is suited to candidates with 0 to 6 months of experience who want to build their e-commerce capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing product listings and storefront information across marketplaces such as Meesho, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Help maintain accurate product details, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory information.
- Monitor orders, marketplace updates, and customer queries, and coordinate follow-ups with relevant team members.
- Support promotional activities and review basic marketplace performance information to identify operational improvements.
- Keep records organized and share timely updates on listing or order-related issues.
Requirements
- 0 to 6 months of experience or relevant exposure to e-commerce activities.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Meesho, Amazon, or Flipkart is valuable.
- Interest in e-commerce operations within the health industry, attention to detail, and clear communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, stay organized, and learn marketplace processes quickly.
