TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT & CANDIDATE EVALUATION ASSOCIATE

About the Role

QBA USA is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to support US IT recruitment operations through candidate sourcing, technical resume screening, candidate evaluation, and AI-powered recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
• Review resumes against job descriptions and mandatory technical skills.
• Evaluate candidates' technical experience, identify skill gaps, and prepare screening summaries.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to support resume screening and candidate evaluation.
• Coordinate with the recruiting team and maintain candidate records, trackers, and follow-ups.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good spoken English and communication skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of IT concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and the Google Workspace environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment databases.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions, evaluate resumes, and identify skill gaps.
• Good analytical, research, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must have a personal computer or laptop and reliable high-speed internet.
• Must have a suitable work-from-home environment.
• Must be comfortable working independently.
• Must be able to work according to US Eastern Time (EST/EDT).
