About the Role

We are hiring for an Entrepreneur in Residence - Automation & Operations within our AI Data Services vertical. This is a high-ownership, systems-driven role focused on building scalable processes, automating workflows, and driving execution across large-scale AI data and operational projects. You will work directly with founders to:

• Build automation-first systems
• Improve operational efficiency
• Structure complex workflows
• Drive end-to-end project execution

This role combines data automation + project execution + entrepreneurial ownership.

Important Clarification: This is NOT a software development role. You will NOT be building production software or managing engineering teams. This is a non-technical, automation-driven operations role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Automation & Systems Development (Primary Focus)

• Design scalable Google Sheets architectures
• Build structured trackers, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Create Forms and structured data collection pipelines
• Develop Apps Script and no-code automations
• Identify repetitive tasks and eliminate manual effort
• Improve workflows using AI tools and automation
• Continuously redesign processes for scalability

You should instinctively ask: “How do we automate this?” “How do we make this 10x scalable?”

2. Project Execution & Delivery Ownership

• Break client requirements into structured execution plans
• Manage contributors, freelancers, and internal teams
• Track quality, throughput, deadlines, and rework
• Maintain process documentation and data accuracy
• Communicate updates confidently with clients
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve them independently
• Own outcomes, not just tasks

Execution accountability is critical in this role.

3. Entrepreneurial & Strategic Thinking

• Build new frameworks from scratch when needed
• Improve broken systems proactively
• Think in metrics, efficiency, and scalability
• Operate like a mini-founder within the organization

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Use Google Sheets, Forms, dashboards
• Build Apps Script-based automations (no hardcore coding required)
• Use no-code tools, AI tools, GPT/Claude-based systems
• Design structured execution workflows
• Strong logical thinking and data structuring skills are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Preferred Pedigree: IIT / BITS / Tier-1 Institutions

Work Timing & Flexibility

• 5 Days Work From Office (Gurgaon)
• 1 Day Work From Home
• Standard 8–10 hour workday
• Some projects may require occasional overlap with US or international time zones (This does NOT mean permanent night shifts)
• Flexibility is project-driven and not continuous
