- Insurance Operations New Associate
Key Responsibilities
- US Retirement Services professional with experience in Defined Contribution participant services.
- Skilled in Money-In processes including asset transfers, enrollments, recordkeeping, account maintenance, IRA contributions, and file processing.
- Proficient in address verification using USPS and public record tools.
- Experienced in process handling, process mapping, and IGO NIGO processing standard.
- End-to-end processing of monetary and non-monetary transactions, including enrollments, rollovers, transfers, and account maintenance.
- Skilled in IGO NIGO validation, quality control, SLA adherence, compliance, query resolution, and backlog management.
- Experienced in process documentation, SOP maintenance, process improvement initiatives, and supporting high-volume operations.
