About the Role
Aenrox Engineering is an innovation-led R&D lab focused on building intelligent engineering solutions using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, IoT, product design, and smart manufacturing technologies. This remote role for a Lead Software Engineer involves guiding the design and development of software solutions that support AI, robotics, and automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the design and development of software solutions for AI, robotics, and automation projects.
- Contribute to back-end architecture.
- Implement core features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software with hardware and AI components.
- Write clean and maintainable code.
- Review contributions from other team members.
- Participate in technical discussions.
- Help refine system specifications.
- Document technical decisions.
- Assist in performance optimization.
- Support testing and debugging activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Back-End Web Development (APIs, databases, server-side frameworks).
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Software Development and Programming for web or backend systems.
- Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software engineering principles).
- Ability to collaborate in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with AI, robotics, or embedded systems projects is a plus.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Interest in research-driven product development.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
