About the Role
As a Full Stack & Mobile App Developer Intern at Manastej, you will work directly alongside our core founding engineering team in a full-time capacity with equity/ESOP opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Development: Design, build, and deploy scalable web and cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android) that power the core Manastej user experience.
- Frontend & Mobile Engineering: Translate UI/UX wireframes (Figma) into responsive, intuitive, and performant interfaces with smooth animations and seamless state management.
- Backend & API Architecture: Develop robust RESTful APIs/GraphQL endpoints, manage database schemas, implement secure authentication, and optimize server-side performance.
- Feature Ownership & Rapid Iteration: Take complete ownership of feature pipelines from concept to production—shipping clean, maintainable code and iterating quickly based on real user feedback.
- Core Team Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, architecture discussions, and code reviews directly with the Lead Engineer and Founder to shape the technical roadmap of Manastej.
Requirements & Tech Stack

- Full Stack & Mobile Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with modern web and mobile frameworks (such as React.js, Next.js, Node.js, React Native, or Flutter) and database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase).
- Product Mindset: An eye for clean UI/UX implementation, performance optimization, and building secure, user-centric digital products.
- Version Control & Workflow: Proficiency with Git/GitHub, modern deployment workflows, and collaborative agile development.

- Open to driven students, freshers, and self-taught developers from any stream (B.Tech/B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Sc, or any field).
- Your GitHub profile, shipped projects, and hustle matter far more than your degree.
