About the Role
Human Resources (HR) Internship
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and posting job openings across various recruitment portals and online platforms.
- Review and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates based on the organization's hiring requirements.
- Connect with candidates through calls and preliminary telephonic interviews to assess their suitability, explain job roles, and guide them through the selection process.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, interview feedback, and hiring reports while assisting with onboarding and HR documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of Google Sheets to manage recruitment data, maintain trackers, and prepare reports efficiently.
