About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Member role based in Noida. The Member will support daily business activities across Smart Union’s ventures, including assisting with coordination of trading operations, contributing to sales management processes, and helping with documentation and execution of business set-up services.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and organize information.
• Prepare basic reports.
• Maintain records.
• Support communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure tasks are completed accurately, deadlines are met, and operational standards are maintained.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Follow established procedures.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and contributing.

Qualifications

• Ability to support business operations through careful documentation, record keeping, and basic report preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.
• Comfort with learning new tools and systems; basic proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email).
• Motivation to work on-site in Noida, with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing business needs.
• Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Any prior exposure to trading, sales support, or business services is an advantage.
