The Opportunity

We are building a new model of schooling where learning is genuinely personalized, children are known deeply, and teaching is designed around how children learn. We work with students in Grades 6-10, aiming to transform their relationship with mathematics. You will work with small groups (not 40-student classrooms) to personalize instruction and help each student build genuine mathematical understanding and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach math through discovery and exploration, helping students understand the "why" behind concepts and making connections between topics visible.
• Personalize instruction for each student by diagnosing specific needs and addressing conceptual gaps, procedural errors, or confidence issues.
• Learn and apply the science of learning, implementing evidence-based teaching approaches.
• Make math joyful, helping students experience the satisfaction of solving challenging puzzles and discovering patterns.
• Collaborate with a strong team of educators and receive feedback from founders.
